The Fairy Magic Promo

I remember sitting in Greg Maguire’s workshop at the Belfast Media Festival a few years ago and being in awe of his VFX Reel. This guy had worked on some serious films and I was inspired from the first frame. One morning I checked the company’s Facebook page and nearly spat coffee on my MBP when I saw that Greg had made contact He was interested in working with me on a promotional video for his new exciting app called ‘Fairy Magic’. The team at inlifesize had worked their socks off getting the app ready so I could only oblige in helping them with a visual representation for their pitch to Apple.

I was contacted by Results PR in London to film for Abu Dhabi Ocean Racing after they sailed into yachting history by becoming the first Arabian entry to complete the gruelling, nine-month round the world odyssey. Most of my coverage was for Abu Dhabu Media which featured key interviews, VOX POX and general coverage of the Abu Dhabi Pavilion.

New Corporate: The KITE DVD

It’s always great to win tenders from local companies and agencies, especially since we do a lot of travelling internationally over the year. Northern Regional College were looking for a DVD production of their innovative K.I.T.E. project covering the three campuses of NRC Ballymena, IT Sligo and Ayr College. From the start they showed a keen interest in my work and the pre production meetings were extremely positive. It’s always nice to have clients who are big fans of your work! The DVD was launched last week and I look forward to seeing the video on their website soon.
